I’ve been experimenting with a killer energy releasing/ healing technique called the “Shen Technique.” Here are four videos that explain the technique and how to do it:
After using this very simple technique for over a month, and hearing the success stories of others who have been trying out this technique, I can say this is a VERY effective way to release negative energy and heal yourself. I’d even go so far as to say this is superior to EFT for releasing.
Here’s how I do it. Twice a day, morning and evening, I would spend five minutes using Shen. I’d start by releasing whatever negative or painful things are in my system, starting with bodily pain, then moving to emotional and finally spiritual negativity. I’d go into a light self-hypnotic trance and evoke the negative issue, put all my focus on that issue, do the Shen technique, and that’s it. Then move on to the next issue and let Shen work its magic.
A light self-hypnotic trance can be attained through my grounding technique, which is in episode one of my podcast www.herotransformation.podbean.com and self-hypnosis is covered in depth in “The Phone Booth.” (I might introduce trance work as podcasts in the future, but it’s not important that you “get” self-hypnosis, simply being in a relaxed, grounded, centered state will automatically put you in the receptive state needed for this to be most effective.)
When I say “evoke the feeling,” I mean simply suggesting the feeling to your mind and allowing your mind to bring the experience up into your awareness. You don’t force it, you simply ask your mind for the feeling (which is likely already present, or you wouldn’t be wanting to release it), and allowing the feeling to fill your awareness.
After clearing out the negative (or setting in motion the process, sometimes the release would take minutes or hours to take effect), I’d move to positive affirmations. Again, in a light trance, I’d evoke the state, do the Shen to bring the state in, and move onto the next. I do a couple, so as not to overload my system – shifting energy around can be traumatic and little adjustments create big changes.
The whole thing takes five to ten minutes a day, it can be even shorter. The first time you try this, you’ll likely think I’ve gone off the deep end, that there’s no way this could work, but it does. Probably my most dramatic change was in my lower back. I’ve suffered chronic lower back pain from a couple stupid gym-related mishaps for years. After a couple weeks of Shen, my back is relaxed, open and pain-free. I also released chest tension and recover faster after workouts.
It’s been great for clearing out negative energy and elevating my base state. I’ve also experienced a surge in creativity and overall well-being. It’s been like EFT on steroids, and I’ve heard the same from other people using this.
